First Partner Meeting
Date: 14 December 2020
The KOM for the Erasmus+ MENTORme project was organised virtually due to the travel restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the meeting, partners introduced the participating organisations and offered their views on the aims and objectives of the project. A fruitful discussion was developed for the next steps and deadlines and everyone shared valuable feedback and clarifications on questions and misunderstandings before concluding to common understandings, procedures and plans for the future.

The main discussion of this virtual meeting was the completion of two main tasks, the national reports and the peer review of them by different partners. Partners described the current situation of people with fewer opportunities in their countries and then, they were responsible to read the rest of the national reports and provide their comments and feedback. In the meeting, partners shared their main points on both, their national reports and the rest of them. All of them described this task as eye opening and helpful not only for this project but also for others as well as for understanding better the situation of those people in other European countries.

In this meeting, partners discussed about the progress of the project and they have given their views in regards to the MENTORme Handbook. As it was planned, partners mentioned dissemination and quality assurance and they discussed main issues concerning these two important points. Next steps were decided based on new deadlines and tasks.
Date: 23 June 2021
On the 23rd of June, partners had the next online meeting of the MENTORme project, where they discussed the progress of the work of the first Intellectual Output and the upcoming tasks to be done. Also, the action plan for the second Intellectual Output, issues related to the dissemination of the project and financial issues were presented.
Date: 10 September 2021
During this online meeting, partners summarised the progress of work on Output 2 and 3. More specifically, they discussed the process of developing a competency framework for HE students and had the opportunity to see the draft MENTORme application.
